What We Believe

We believe in the triune God – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  We believe that the sixty-six books of the Bible are the inerrant Word of God, without error and absolutely trustworthy – fully and completely inspired by God, and serving as our sole source and norm for faith and life. 

We believe in Jesus as our Lord and Savior.

• He was truly God and truly man.
• He was born from a virgin mother, just like the Bible said He would be.
• He lived a perfect sinless life.
• He died on the cross in payment for our sins.
• He rose from the dead.
• He is coming again!

We believe that it is by God’s free grace through faith in Jesus that we are saved from an eternity separated from God, and not by the quantity or quality of things we have done (Ephesians 2:8,9).  Salvation cannot be earned or deserved.  Jesus simply offers it freely to you, asking only for your trust and faith in Him for your salvation.  His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of sin reconciles you to God and shows you how deeply God cares about your needs.  It is this gift of God in Jesus that frees us now to “live under Him in His kingdom and to serve Him in everlasting righteousness, innocence, and blessedness.”  We would love for you to join us on the journey of knowing Him, too!
